Justin is currently the girls and boys varsity volleyball coach at Francis Howell High school. Justin has previously coached at Fort Zumwalt North High school. Justin has coaches boys and girls teams for St. Charles United with ages ranging from 15-18. Justin is in his 11th season as a head volleyball coach. Justin is an alumn from Fort Zumwalt South High where he recieved All-Conference Honors and set multiple school records. Justin played club volleyball for the inagural St. Charles United team for 2 years before graduation. From there, Justin went to Lindenwood University on a volleyball scholarship and obtained a degree in mathematics.

Justin has been the club director for 5 years and has grown the club from a 2-team guys only program to a 9-team boys and girls program.
